What does 2people do?
We design, optimise and automate company business processes. We document how the business really works, remove wasted time and money, and move processes into our own platform Folck — CRM, BPM, tasks, company portal and learning in one system. A separate line of work is team development: business training and gamification.
What is your experience?
For over 15 years we have been advising company owners and CEOs on management, processes and team development. Our clients include Media Group Ukraine, Viyar, Karpatski Mineralni Vody and other companies.
Where do we start if processes are not documented anywhere?
With a diagnostic: interviews with the owner and key people, a top-level process map and a search for bottlenecks. After the first stage it is already clear what to optimise and automate first.
Do we have to switch to Folck?
No. We work with processes regardless of the tool. But if you need one system instead of several services, Folck covers processes, CRM, tasks, communications and learning, and runs in the cloud or on your own server.
Do you only work in Dnipro?
Our office is in Dnipro, but we work with companies across Ukraine and abroad: diagnostics and training on-site or online, implementation remotely.
